Buffet Clarinets. Note: A preceeding F in the serial number indicates a clarinet made for the European market (A=442, A=444). Buescher, Ferdinand August USA: True-Tone (The New) Aristocrat 400 Super 400 Alto and Tenor. Up for sale is a Used Noblet Paris Alto Saxophone. Used – as is condition. No work has been completed on this horn. Nickel plated keys are worn thru in spots, tarnished. Brass body is engraved on bell and bow. Body has dents and significant wear throughout. King serial numbers are difficult to track due to the different variations of product changes and the lack of official records. All of the serial numbers listed on this page end when The H. N. White Company was sold in 1965. After 1965, all instruments were manufactured in Eastlake and engraved with 'King Musical Instruments.'
Special Note: King produced great number of stenciled saxophones. If you serial number does not match up with these numbers, but says 'Made by The H. N. White Company' it may of in fact been manufactured by another maker. For more complete information about King saxophones go to www.saxpics.com.
